In order for Workwear North AB to provide our customers with good service, we work on these terms of delivery.

Terms of delivery

The goods are usually shipped within 1-5 business days after the day the order was made.

Stock and residual goods

All items are usually in our warehouse or at our suppliers' stock. If a product is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will notify the customer about the delivery time of the product. It is important that you get the product as quickly as possible and we do all we can to keep the delivery time. It may sometimes take a little longer than expected, for example, if we can wait for delivery from one of our suppliers. If a product is re-listed, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time to accept later delivery or cancel the order. If delivery time differs significantly between different products, we will divide your delivery.

Mode of delivery

We ship packages to private individuals and companies around the globe. Deliveries are sent mainly by Postnordic, Schenker or TNT. The customer will pick up the package from the nearest agent or get it delivered to the company.

Return and change

Contact us at info@workwear.online for instructions on how to return. Return of an order is at your own expense, except when the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a package, not for postage. In order for us to identify the order, let the delivery slip remain in the covenant. Returns sent without contact with us before being accepted.

The responsibility for the goods during return transport is at the customer's disposal. Therefore, select a traceable shipping option when returning the goods. Workwear online is not responsible for the goods until they reach us, thus saving the collateral until the goods arrive.

The goods must be returned unused. All returned items must be packed in a bag or original carton. Original packaging must be undamaged. Goods returned against postage or postponement are not triggered. In case of incomplete return (if the item is dirty, lacks original packaging or is older than 30 days), we will charge the customer 30% of the regular price.

Transport damaged goods

Transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and Workwear Online Be sure to check your delivery at the time of receipt, that you have received the correct number of packages in comparison to the freight handling and that all goods are undamaged.

Fatal or missing goods

Failure or missing goods must be reported to Workwear North AB within 8 days from the invoice date.

Delivery Obligation

The retailer will ship the item within 30 days from the day you made your order. However, it is possible to agree on another reasonable delivery time. If the trader does not deliver on time and this does not depend on you, you are entitled to cancel the agreement. If you cancel the agreement, the trader is required to return what you have paid. This will happen no later than 30 days from the date the trader received your cancellation notice.

Products with dyeing, print or embroidery

Products with dyeing, print or embroidery can not be returned unless the product has an obvious error. Under the main rule of distance and home sales law, a consumer has the right to regret the purchase of a product within 14 days. However, there are certain situations where the right of withdrawal does not apply. This applies, for example, if the agreement relates to a custom made product with a clear personal touch which includes colored products, prints or embroidery. It is possible to advertise a product with obvious error even though it is custom made.
